It is a good idea to check with your health insurance provider to see if mental health services are covered. Coverage varies depending on the carrier and the specific plan.

I am able to accept First Choice, Aetna, and Uniform Medical Plan. I am an out-of network provider for Premera, which often reimburses members at 80%. I also work with Wellspring, the Employee Assistance Program for Microsoft and other organizations.

I charge $95.00 for a 50 minute session. If you are not using health insurance to cover the cost of counseling, payment is due at the time of service in the form of check or cash. If you are using health insurance, please be prepared to pay your co-pay (if you have one) at the time of service. If it turns out that your health insurance plan does not cover counseling costs, you will be responsible for all charges.
