Welcome and thanks for visiting my website. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently working as a private practitioner. I have been licensed since 1992 and have extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, couples and families.

I am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as a member of the Washington Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. My areas of expertise include parenting issues, including behavior challenges and relationship improvement, couples issues, divorce support for all family members, co-parenting after divorce, step-family strengthening, reducing family conflict, and helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety and/or depression. I am also interested in working with individuals with Asperger's Syndrome and families with a child or teen with Asperger's.

I realize there are many psychotherapists located on the Eastside and it can be hard to decide which therapist is right for you. Please give me a call and we can talk about your counseling needs and determine whether I can be of help.

My office is conveniently located north of Overlake Hospital and is accessible from I-405 or by taking alternative routes.
